Q: Do you have a Pickup location or Store?
Yes. We’re located at Marsden Park HomeCo. (South Centre) right outside Petbarn! You can’t miss our sweet little kiosk packed with big flavour.
Q: Do you bake everything fresh?
Absolutely! All our Cannoli and Cakes are made fresh daily using high-quality ingredients and traditional methods that make every bite worth it.
Q: Do you offer gluten-free?
Our famous Almond Biscuits are gluten-free!
Q: Are your products alcohol-free?
While our famous continental cakes traditionally include liqueur for that classic flavour, we also offer an alcohol-free alternative using fruit juice. To order an alcohol-free version, simply place a custom order online, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Q: Where do you deliver to?
We are proudly Sydney-based and currently deliver to most Sydney metro areas. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, simply enter your postcode at checkout or get in touch with us—we’re happy to help!
Q: What are your delivery costs?
$12.95 flat rate
Q: Which days do you deliver?
Saturday and Sunday only.
Q: What time will my order arrive?
Delivery time slots are as follows –
Saturday: 8am – 12pm
Sunday: 8am – 12pm
You can expect your order to arrive safely in between these times.
Q: Do you offer other weekday deliveries?
No, we do not. Our Delivery days are Saturday and Sunday only.
Q: How much notice do you need for ordering online?
All online orders must be placed by 3pm, for next-day delivery. Ordering in advance is advisable. This helps us ensure your order is prepared fresh and delivered with care!

Q: Can my order be left unattended?
We highly recommend someone is home to receive your order, as our Cannoli and Cakes are best enjoyed when kept refrigerated. However, since your order will arrive chilled, it can safely be left unattended for a few hours if needed. Just be sure to pop it in the fridge as soon as possible!
Q: What happens if I miss my delivery?
If no one is home, your order will be left in a safe spot (if deemed appropriate) as our deliveries are made chilled. However, we highly recommend someone is home to receive it to ensure freshness.
Q: Is there a minimum spend for online orders?
Yes, a minimum of $40 is required in your cart before you can proceed to checkout. This helps us ensure efficient delivery and the best value for you!
Q: Do you accept card payments?
Yes! We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as contactless payments.
Q: How can we contact you?

Q: Can I place a Cake order at the kiosk?
Our kiosk is all about serving up sweet treats on the spot, but for custom cake orders, we’ve got that covered online! All cake orders must be placed through our online store to ensure we get every detail just right.
Q: Can I reserve items to pick up later in the day?
As a high-demand kiosk, we’re currently unable to hold or reserve items. It’s best to pop in early before we sell out!
Q: Can I order over the phone or via DM?
To keep things organised (and your orders perfect), we kindly ask that all orders be placed through our online store only. We’re always happy to answer questions via DM or email though!
Q: Do you sell full-size Cakes at the kiosk?
Yes, we do offer a limited selection of full-size cakes at the kiosk. However, as we’re a small pick-up-and-go spot, quantities are limited and sell out quickly. For guaranteed availability or custom cake orders, we recommend ordering through our online store in advance.
Q: What flavours of Cannoli do you offer?
Our flavours rotate regularly, but you can always expect to find crowd-pleasers like vanilla, chocolate, and pistachio. Check our socials or ask at the kiosk for the day’s selection!
Q: Do you cater for events such as Birthdays, Weddings and Corporate gatherings?
Yes. We now have tailored packages and pricing for both Business and Pleasure!
