THE “SWEET” PARTS…

The “Seller”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us” is defined as Dolce Cannoli & Co. The “Buyer”, “Customer”, “Their”, or “You” means the person who uses our Online Store to buy the goods. “Goods” is defined as the items to be supplied by Dolce Cannoli & Co to the Buyer as listed on the invoice supplied after checkout. The “Site” is defined as this website.

All our Products made by us are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By ordering, accessing from Dolce Cannoli & Co you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept that these conditions may be modified or amended and posted on this website from time to time. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions please do not use this website.

THE “MOUTH-WATERING” INGREDIENTS

All pastries / cakes, fillings and icings may contain, or encounter, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, or other allergens. Some pastries may contain small amounts of alcohol.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the ingredients prior to completing their purchase online. We will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of any of our products.

ORDERS and DELIVERY

All orders need to be placed before 3pm if you require next day delivery.
During the ordering process the buyer has the option to select “Authorised to Leave unattended”. Items left under these circumstances must be attended to during a certain time due to these products being easily spoiled.

If the “Authority to leave unattended” checkbox has not been marked, then it is the buyer’s responsibility to be at the premises on the day of their delivery. In the event that nobody is home to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to Dolce Cannoli & Co and the delivery will be marked as N/A. We cannot refund the cost of any orders and because of the nature of our products, the returned items will be disposed of.

In the very unlikely event that we must cancel your order for any reason, then we will give you as much notice as possible and discuss the matter with you and try to agree on a suitable alternative. If you do not wish to accept our suggested alternative, then we will refund the full price to you.

Venue deliveries are also accepted and if products are to be delivered to any venues, Dolce Cannoli & Co requires a signed delivery receipt from the person in charge of that particular venue to say that the products were delivered and were in perfect condition. Damages after this point is not Dolce Cannoli & Co’s responsibility.

We will always endeavour to deliver within the given time slot, however unfortunately delivery timings cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be given for delayed deliveries. Due to the high volume of deliveries, Dolce Cannoli & Co are not in any position to contact any parties of unattended deliveries or ask for further address instructions.

We deliver to most of the Sydney Metropolitan areas. The delivery flat fee rate will be added in addition to the cost of your order at checkout. Should the address supplied by the customer be incorrect or inaccurate, Dolce Cannoli & Co take no responsibility for goods left unattended or becoming spoilt after delivery. It is the customers' responsibility to provide and check that the correct address is supplied during the online ordering process. We do not provide same day deliveries due to incorrect address supplied and it is up to the customer to place a new order to have it delivered on a different day. Delivery days are shown on the website when you start your ordering process. These days are subject to change without notice.

THE “TASTY” PRICES

Prices shown on www.dolcecannoliandco.com.au website are in Australian dollars and are subject to change. Prices will not include delivery which will be notified as a separate amount during the checkout process.

Any promotions in plan will appear during checkout and before placing your order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check pricing before making the purchase. Any missed promotions resulting in any overcharges will not be refunded unless communicated with us directly through email. Please send all enquiries to enquiries@dolcecannoliandco.com.au.

Credit and debit cards accepted are the following: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Digital wallets acceptable are the following: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

AFTER DELIVERY

Goods placed outside are liable to react to the temperature. Dolce Cannoli & Co save all records for proof of delivery and remains excluded from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising because of cakes and/or cake products being left unattended.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The images on the website are examples of our cakes, sweets, etc. Our images on this website is subject to Copyright and are owned by Dolce Cannoli & Co and will not be copied, transferred, or used on other businesses marketing platforms. Not all pastries delivered to you will look exactly the same as our images on www.dolcecannoliandco.com.au. Differences are due to lighting used, edited photographs and computer screen sharpness. If the cake or product you order is a completely different order please make us aware immediately and we will take the necessary steps to rectify any issues.

  • Liquor and Liquor infused sweets: Dolce Cannoli & Co incorporate gift boxes during times of special occasions such as Mother’s and Father’s day, etc that may contain Alcohol products. Please ensure that all Alcohol products are only accepted at the time of delivery by another adult who is not the purchase.
  • All our Liquor items have been purchased from a Retail Liquor store and does not exceed the volume of more than two litres.
  • We cannot deliver any alcohol items after 7pm.

ANY CHANGES TO ORDERS PLACED

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check any goods they’ve chosen before finalising payments. We do not refund based on change of mind and cannot alter any orders. If you have forgotten or missed something in your order, feel free to go back to the ordering process and place your second order. These multiple orders will be delivered together.

DAMAGES

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, it is the customers' responsibility to report the damage to us via email within two hours and send photographic evidence of the damage if you wish to claim a refund or replacement. Dolce Cannoli & Co accept no responsibility or liability for any products that are damaged after they have been delivered to the agreed location.
